Following the sale of Hotel du Vin, Nina and Gerard purchased the hotel near Southampton, carefully renovating and adding a contemporary twist, using the imagination of local craftspeople, inspired by the Basset’s love of California wine country. With 11 individual boutique bedrooms, some with private terrace, the unique TerraVina warmth of welcome awaits - as does our secluded, heated outdoor swimming pool in the spring and summer.
In the kitchen, under the watchful eye of Head Chef, Gavin Barnes, organically-grown, free-range local ingredients are always the preferred choice, producing delicious and ever changing seasonal menus, with a reputation for fantastic vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes.
